How can we help all residents to thrive now and in the future? What do we want Richfield to look like in fifty years? Economic development  is a part of both of those answers. Economic development should be inclusive and benefit all residents. We have opportunities along the Cedar Corridor, near the new underpass, along 66th Street and Penn Avenue to name a few. Richfield has done a good job of taking care of its infrastructure so we are poised to continue developing our tax base and economy in intentional ways. A thoughtful community conversation about the future we envision is the next step.
